Our assessments…

Here at HARIBO we use one of two assessments during our interview processes, either Equalture or DiSC. Have you come across either of these before?

The assessment you’re assigned will depend on the type of role you’re applying for, don’t worry a member of our Talent Team will explain exactly what you need to do and will be there to support you along the way.

Equalture:

  • This is a super fun game-based assessment designed to provide us with a real insight into your skills and behaviours and how closely these align to the requirements of the role you have applied for. These quick and simple games will really get you thinking!
  • You will have the opportunity to take part in a handful of online games, these games can be completed either on a mobile phone or on a desktop/ laptop however due to the nature of the games playing on a mobile phone may be easier.

DiSC:

  • DiSC is a personal assessment tool with the aim of developing a deeper understanding of yourself as well as to improve team work, communication and productivity within the workplace.
  • DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles, these include:
    • D= Dominance
    • i= Influence
    • S= Steadiness
    • C= Consciousness
    • You will have the opportunity to take a short DiSC personality assessment to determine where you “fit” into the main personality reference styles. This assessment will take approximately 15-20 mins and will be made up of around 80 questions
